Read Ann's Article
Ann Michel at the Center for Church Leadership has written this interesting article about the absence of young people in the Church. It is worth a read...in my mind because it states the things I've been saying for years! (And those closest to me will affirm that!) Check it out!

Thanks for posting a link to the article. It's a great article and it points to the challenge that we have to reinvent not just what we do in worship, but how we structure our churches and denominations. We can't count on the old age differentiations to allow people in their 30s-early 40s to be able to carry the work load of the congregation. They are busy having babies, finding partners, and paying off school debt. It's time the church learned these things.
